Employment Solutions, a department of Sault College, delivers the Employment Ontario program in the Sault Ste. Marie area.

The Sault Community Career Centre offers access to full job searching tools, a resource room, friendly staff and workshops that help people achieve their professional goals. The centre is also home to New to the Sault, a program that assists newcomers to Canada in the Sault Ste. Marie area with settlement services.

The Algoma Workforce Investment Committee(AWIC), a community-based organization, funded by the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, provides coordination and leadership regarding workforce development to District of Algoma.
